HTML is the Web’s core language for creating documents and applications for everyone to use, anywhere.
HyperText Markup Language is the core of every Webpage, the actual content. Tags are required to describe the content. its actually make sense to talk about HTML and CSS, as they were one. You can work with only HTML, without CSS, but it doesnt make sense, nowadays fancy websites are mandatory to catch the attention of the visitor and that is only possible when you add CSS.
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a simple mechanism for adding style (e.g., fonts, colors, spacing) to Web documents.
HTML creates those Web documents and through adding CSS, you are able to adjust the different elements, gave them a special style like you want it. That’s the reason most of the time you will find HTML/CSS in the literature.
